CWO Shipping Rates:
We send most orders out the day we receive them (Monday-Friday received by 2pm CST). Now and then one gets delayed and so we have to make the official answer, "We ship all orders within 24-48 hours M-F". But really, Kalvy
and crew in shipping are awesome so they still send them late and on Saturdays, but we have the "official answer" so nobody gets mad if that doesn't happen. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, and if there's any glitch we'll contact you ASAP. Please note that most shippers (UPS, Post Office, FedEx) all have earlier cutoff times for overnight shipments. So we can only guarantee next day if we receive the order by noon Central Time Monday-Thursday. 2-Day and Overnight shipping apply to business days and are not guaranteed for weekend delivery. Orders are also not shipped on Federal Holidays.

*Kayaks, Canoes, & Stand Up Paddle Boards all have a flat-rate shipping charge of $350 (Lower 48 states)*
*If you live someplace cool, we might drive it out to you and go kayaking. It's been known to happen.*
We can make shipping concessions on boats so call us for specific costs to your location.
CWO determines the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. Some carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEx. Some items require a signature for delivery. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped to. Note: We do not ship outside the US & Canada. This includes shipping packages to freight forwarding companies. We reserve the right to cancel any order that involves some crazy pricing error, omission of shipping charges for oversized items, Canadian orders with oversized items, or anything we think looks wonky.

Pick up your order at a Clear Water Outdoor location and get FREE SHIPPING! Some restrictions apply. This only works if you happen to be in SE Wisconsin. If you are not, we wish you were because it's aweome and we could all go play outside together instead of reading about shipping.
CWO Returns & Exchanges
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase online or at our store meets your standards or you can return it, period (so long as it's safe to do so).
With that said, we cannot accept returns of these items:
Within 30 Days of Original Purchase:
- Swimsuits or Underwear because... yea.
- Load-bearing climbing equipment because that would be unsafe.
- Water filtration equipment after it's been used.
Clear Water Outdoor gladly accepts returns of unused, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we will make an exchange or issue a store credit based on the current selling price. Kayaks, Canoes, and Stand Up Paddleboards (SUP's) are subject to a 20% restocking fee (call for details).
After 30 Days of Original Purchase:

If you threw away your receipt, don't panic, we still love you. Just also be sure to tell us these vitals:
- Name, Address, Phone Number
- Email Address
- When & where the purchase was made (and by whom if that's not you)
- Reason for the return
- Tell us if you would like a refund, exchange, or repair
- Your astrological sign.
You don't really need to include your sign, but we want to make sure you're paying attention because without the above information we won't know what to do with your return and it will go in to the box of "We don't know what to do with this". Brian freaks out when things are in that box so we like to avoid it if we can. Seriously, sometimes he calls late at night in a panic asking if there is anything in the box. "No BK, everything is fine. Go back to sleep".
