Looking for nearby camping sites in Lake Geneva will here is a few.

1. Big Foot Beach State Park
1452 South Wells St
Lake Geneva, WI 53147

This campground is awesome just do to the fact it has a beach. The campground itself is quite nice, they have over 100 campsites, including ones with electricity. The trails are also quite nice for running or just taking a stroll through. There are also many great picnic areas to choose from. And on top of that, there is a catch and release stocked fishing pond. (Also, just a note- alcohol is not allowed in the park). For more information on the park

2. Meadowlark Acres

N5146 North Lyons Rd
Burlington, WI 53105

Camp site wise they each grassy site has a picnic table and fire ring -- many are shaded by beautiful oak and hickory trees. There are no full-hookups which discourages seasonal camping but emphasizes a simpler camping experience. 28 of the 80 total sites are primarily for tent camping without nearby water or electric many of which are especially suited for
cycle-camping. There are also 52 RV sites with water & electric hookups available accommodating RV units up to 40' in length. The staff is pretty nice. The campground is a alcohol free environment. They do check on you quite frequently, which is nice at times. For more info on the park click here.

1. Lake Geneva Lake Shore Path

The 21-mile
Geneva Lake
shore path allows hikers to literally walk through the back yards of striking century-old mansions and estates owned by the Rockefellers, the Wrigleys and the Swifts. Even more striking than the buildings were the towering oaks, the carefully pruned shrubs, the tulips and azaleas and pale-blue clouds of forget-me-not. This path can be broken down into many different lengths or can be done in about 6-10 hours (depending on your walking speed and food stops). The path is a good place to take your dogs for a walk (the unofficial dog park of Lake Geneva). Because the path is maintained by the adjoining property owners, it is of uneven quality. While mountain biking is possible, you will have to carry your bike in a lot of segments since property owners have build patios on the path.

2. Big Foot Beach State Park Trail

The park has 5.5 miles of hiking trails through forest and open meadow. Most of the trails are relatively short and none are very strenuous. The big loop is great training for a trail 10k!! We also have a self-guided nature trail with interpretive signs about interesting natural phenomena along the trail.Maps are available at the office. The Big Foot Beach State Park Trails are a little hop skip and a jump away. It's always nice when you end your run to finish up by the Beauitful Geneva Lake.
