CLEARWATER FALL ADVENTURE TRIP:  Wilderness, comfort, relaxation and adventure can be yours...all you need is a long weekend.  Join the first ever ClearWater adventure trip Thursday September 28 - Sunday October 1st.  4 days, 3 Nights paddling and camping in the Boundary Waters Canoe area in Northern Minnesota.  Fully outfitted adventure includes rental of all equipment, morning Tai Chi and Yoga classes and gourmet meals.  Transportation to Tofte, MN and fishing gear is not included. CWO RUNNING & WALKING CLUB: Every Wednesday at 6pm. Meet at Clear Water Outdoor. We'll run and/or walk along the lake shore path and to Big Foot Beach State Park. Afterwards we'll gather for bananas and juice at the store. We'll also be training for upcoming races for those who are interested. $10 annual fee gets you a CWO Running Club T-Shirt and a discount on running apparel at the store on select shopping nights. CWO PADDLING PALS: Every Saturday morning at 7am, Dave Schuster and pals gather down at the boat launch to head out for an early morning paddle. The paddles are usually 1-2 hours long. You can bring your own kayak or call CWO for rentals. Contact Dave and the store for more info at 262.348.2420.

CWO ORIENTEERING COURSES: Once a month on average, Dave Schuster, CWO's resident orienteering buff, organizes short and long orienteering (MAPS & COMPASSES) courses at Big Foot Beach State Park. Typically on Saturdays, these orienteering events are geared for adults, couples, families and youth. You can meander from spot to spot, run the course, or do a time trial.
